Three-Dimensional Graphene Nano-Networks with High Quality and Mass Production Capability via Precursor-Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition

چکیده

Monodisperse spherical silica particles were synthesized by mixing 40 ml of aqueous ammonia (NH4OH, 28 wt%) with a solution containing 1000 ml of absolute ethanol (EtOH) and 80 ml of deionized water (H2O). After stirring for 30 min, 60 ml of TEOS (98%, Aldrich) was added to the solution and stirred for 6 h at room temperature. The as-synthesized silica particle suspension was centrifuged and washed with ethanol several times. Silica particles having different sizes were prepared by varying the amount of catalysts (ammonium hydroxide).
